Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Ontario public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Canada Only) We ship across Canada via Canada Post and UPS/FedEx. Estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier volume. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Insurance Coverage Because we know you're investing in something special, all Lakeshore Gold orders are shipped with insurance coverage for the full declared value of your jewelry. Our insured shipping tiers ($5–$10 CAD) ensure that in the rare event of loss or damage in transit, you're fully protected. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Signature on Delivery High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely.
